Honey-Soy Salmon

-1/2 clove of garlic, minced

-1/2 tablespoon butter, melted

-1/2 tablespoon brown sugar

-1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

-1/2 tablespoon honey

-1/2 tablespoon olive oil

      —per pound of Salmon

Marinate 30 minutes, no more than an hour.  I am just marinating it in the 13 x 9 pan because of it being one less dish.  I haven’t decided if I am going to broil it or bake it.  Maybe both?
