Dear guy who just lost any chance with me,
Why would you compare girls you date to the past girls that you have dated when that didn’t work for a reason? Yes, I will admit when I graded your lab report incorrectly or didn’t see your answers and regrade the report. What I will not tolerate is you saying you did the work to take advantage of an extra three weeks to do the work.

Staying up until 3 am to talk to a guy is not a wise idea… But hey, I think we have a date on Friday so that is cool. Well maybe, if he is not a psycho.

By being home this summer, I gained 6 pounds. I am pretty sure that I gained even more than that in the past 6 months from all the eating out—grad school visits and dating. This is a problem.
I took my car to get it washed for the first time in over a year. It rained on me through the sun roof. Next time someone says my car is dirty, they can drive it through the car wash.
Ways to freak out an ex...

Umm, you mean if we could get together now you would. The only hindrance now we didn’t have then is distance. The problem we had then is that you were too hung up on your past drama and wouldn’t make your move.

Honey-Soy Salmon
-1/2 clove of garlic, minced
-1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
-1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
-1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
-1/2 tablespoon honey
-1/2 tablespoon olive oil
—per pound of Salmon
Marinate 30 minutes, no more than an hour. I am just marinating it in the 13 x 9 pan because of it being one less dish. I haven’t decided if I am going to broil it or bake it. Maybe both?

I just remembered how this neighbor asked out at least 2 of us (out of 5) in my apartment. Rofl.. I seriously just thought he wanted to catch up as friends.

Musings on Radio edits (Birthday Sex)
Why is sex a bad word? It gets bleeped out in songs. We aren’t supposed to talk about it. Hell we aren’t even supposed to have sex until we are married. Then it becomes a whole other issue since it was evil and now all of the sudden is evil.
If anything it is the intent behind the sex, but not the action in itself. Why must we continue to live on under this mentality of sex being...
He was just fulfilling a role in my life without a real connection. However, now that I realize that it is supposed to be what we had (tiny tiny sliver of what couple-dom is) and more. It’s not me biting my tongue but speaking up letting the other that I don’t agree and here is why. The fact that I didn’t did not even have to do with me but how he treats others with disrespect...
My degree is finally on my transcript! :D :D Time for the registrar to send it to my new school.
Some days I am really into myself. It’s terrible.
Mistakes… We all make them. However, the mistakes aren’t what matter. It’s how we decide to move forward. Do we recognize the mistake and learn from it? Or do we continue to do the same thing? Life is a learning experience. I may have been there and done that, but ultimately that doesn’t matter—what matters is the here-and-now along with the future.
